Empire Life (“we”, “our” or “us”) developed this website to make it easy for you to purchase services, products, and have access to a full service tech company. All projects started have no refunds. All contracts auto-renew with the same contract for the next month unless fully canceled with a 30 day notice of cancellation. Failure to respond clearly to email about contract renewal within 30-days of contract expiring results in a $400usd late notice fee, any transaction fees occured, any and all service hours fees responsible to be paid through clients' account.

- Checkout Users

When you use our Stripe Checkout system on the Empire Life website it will store your payment credentials. We will gather and store your payment card information, your email address, your mobile phone number, and billing and shipping address. We will not share this information with other third parties except as a necessary part of providing our Website.

- Account Users

To gain full access to our Website and Services, you must register for a Empire Life account. When you register for an account, we collect Personal Information when you voluntarily provide it to us, such as the following: Your name, location, email address, phone number, and account password, to set up your account.

With your consent, we may also collect additional Personal Information in other ways including emails, and other forms of communication. Once you begin using the your Empire Life account, we will keep records of your transactions and collect information of your other activities related to our Services. The foregoing Personal Information will be shared and disclosed as described below in Section III.

You can update your account information by signing on to into your Empire Life account. We may occasionally email you with information about offers, new items, or promo codes. However, you will continue to receive certain email communications related to your account including information regarding transactions and your relationship with Empire Life.
